Requesting samples from us is a simple process.
- You will be asked to register by providing your email address. Your privacy is important to us and the registration lists are kept confidential. Click here to register.
- Complete the registration process by clicking on a link in the email that is sent to the address provided.
- Once registered, search our site for the products you want to sample. Click on the "Order Samples" button to add product to the sample order basket.
- There is a 10 item limitation per sample order. If you require more than 10 items, please contact Customer Support or
- Check out your sample cart. Note: You are required to provide information on your application to help us better understand how our products are being used.
- Confirm the sample order by clicking on the link in the email that will be sent to you.
- You are provided a sample tracking number once you confirm the order and you will receive an email within 24 hours with order status information.
Status of your sample order can be requested at any time by sending an email to Customer Support. Ensure you reference your sample request number in the subject.
Exar provides our sample service at no charge to our customers. However, we reserve the right to refuse requests from anyone we feel is abusing the system.
